Services Provided
Integrity Appliances LLC sells used appliances and provides scheduled in-home appliance repair services. Availability, pricing, and service timelines may vary.
Appointments & Scheduling

All sales visits and repairs are by appointment only.

Someone age 18+ must be present during service.

Missed appointments may result in a service fee.
Appliance Sales & Warranty

Appliances include either a 60-day or 90-day limited warranty, depending on the model and written terms at purchase.

Warranty covers only the mechanical or functional issues stated in the written warranty.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, power surges, flooding, pests, or alterations after purchase.

Warranty service may include repair, part replacement, or appliance replacement at our discretion.

Payment is due at purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Repair Services

Estimates are based on information provided and confirmed after inspection.

All costs are disclosed before work begins.

If replacement is more cost-effective than repair, we will inform you, but the choice is yours.

We are not responsible for unrelated or pre-existing issues.
Parts & Materials

OEM parts are used when available.

Special-order or shipped parts may affect repair timelines.

Some parts warranties follow the manufacturer’s policy.
Parts Warranty

New Parts
New guaranteed parts include a 90-day to 365-day warranty, depending on manufacturer coverage.

Labor Warranty
Labor for covered part installation is guaranteed for 90 days to 6 months, and only if the part fails due to a manufacturer defect.

Aftermarket Parts
Aftermarket parts may not include extended warranties. Coverage is limited to what the supplier provides.

Used Parts
Some used parts may include up to a 90-day warranty, depending on availability and service performed.

Not Covered

Misuse, power surges, improper installation, or neglect

Failures caused by plumbing, electrical issues, vents, or unrelated problems

Cosmetic parts, accessories, or consumables

Parts installed by anyone other than Integrity Appliances LLC

Diagnostic or service fees unrelated to the warrantied part
Payments
Payments may be made by cash, card, or other accepted methods. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Returns

No returns are accepted after the warranty period ends.

Refunds are only issued when required by Oregon law.
Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for loss of food, perishables, or incidental damages.

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the appliance or repair performed.

We are not responsible for pre-existing or unrelated failures.
